Pate is a delicious small and salty raised cake stuffed with various fillings, for example: pork-beef,
champignon - cheese, egg, cottage cheese with onion and potato (Russian style), with sauerkraut and mushroom and much more.
This recipe has been the same for 30 years; however the assortment of fillings has been adjusted to the taste of customers.
